The BQE service roads and the streets under the elevated on Roosevelt Avenue are where most Woodside vehicles park, and neither is ideal for glass work. Traffic passing close to the working side, and grit dropping from the structure overhead, are the two problems. Yards and off-street lots around the neighborhood are much better, and most trades have access to one. If your van normally sits on the street, it is worth asking whether it can be at a yard for the appointment window instead. Where that is not possible, the twelve-minute run to Corona is short enough that a Saturday shop slot often ends up costing less time than rearranging a weekday site. Vehicles with a bulkhead behind the cab also need the cab cleared before we start.
